Slow Cooker Citrus Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin

1 pork tenderloin or loin

2 cups dried cranberries blended in food processor

1 cup honey

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

juice from one navel orange

zest from orange

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

Spread olive oil in the crock pot and place pork loin on it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix all other ingredients either in food processor or by hand and then spread over top of pork loin. Cook on low for 6 hours.
