12 Month 1-on-1 Coaching Program
During the coming 12 months, you will learn strategies to help yourself achieve the results you desire. Please read the following. If anything is unclear, please ask.
The Program in which you are about to enroll in will include, but not limited to, the following:
A. One 60-minute one-on-one appointment weekly for 12 months. Each session will include an emailed summary of your progress and recommendations. One mid-week check-in via email, text or Marco Polo.
B. Additional resources, information and tools specific to your goals and how to use them effectively, ex. Books, podcasts, Youtube videos, etc. Required tools for daily use are journaling, meditation, and body movement.
